Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

* 1 6 oz. can tuna fish

* l large stalk celery, chopped

* 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

* pinch of cinnamon

* 3 tbs. mayonnaise

* Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Mix it all up.

Nutritional Analysis: Each of two servings has 1.5 grams carbohydrate plus 1.5 grams fiber, 23 grams protein, and 350 calories.
