Wow! What a journey! I cannot explain how much different I feel and the amount of energy I have! Even though I haven’t reached goal weight, the loss of 61 pounds is amazing! My entire experience has been wonderful, starting with surgery in Mexico though the journey I have done at home. Arm yourself with loads of information so that you have the tools to do it right! I have been actively exercising 3-5 days per week and adhering to the the diet rules 90% of the time. You can do it! The entire trip to Mexico was great! The staff, Dr. Kuri, and the hospital were top notch….and I had my reservations since I am a nurse! It’s the best decision I have ever made and would do it over again in the same place with the same doctor! You won’t regret it!
