Share your Success Story

We would love to hear about your success and see how far you have come.  By sharing your journey on Dr. Kuri’s website you may inspire someone to do what you did.  Your experience could encourage someone who finds themselves struggling, or motivate them to get active and make a change!

Your testimonial could be about how you felt before you had Gastric Sleeve Surgery, how you felt after surgery, how your overall experience was (i.e. travelng to Mexico for surgery), anything you’d like! It can also be as short or as long as you’d like, and you can choose the pictures you prefer.  We’ll simply put it all together for you.  No text will be changed in your testimonial unless you’d like us to help with spelling and grammar checks.

Please note: When submitting your before and after pictures, full length pictures are usually the best.
