Ingredients
1 whole chicken cut into pieces
1 cup of rice
2 tbs. of garlic powder
1 can of tomato sauce
1 med onion chopped
4 tabs of cooking oil
2 cup of chicken stock or water
1 tbs. of salt
Directions
Add cooking oil and brown chicken in a large skillet for 15 minutes.
Brown rice in a separate skillet until golden brown.
Add chicken stock and garlic, tomato sauce, onion, salt, and chicken into rice cover and allow to simmer. Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes. Then serve.
